Crystal Lagoons: Epperson Project An All-Round Success
Pasco County is officially home to the first man-made lagoon built and powered by Crystal Lagoons® technology in the United States. By including this amenity, the Epperson project has been an all-round commercial success in terms of sales.
The project, developed in partnership with Metro Development Group, contracted the project’s first 400 lots in record time, and the project immediately began selling homes at unprecedented speeds, even before completing any of the model homes. Having hit sales targets, home prices were raised twice within ten days of the opening event. Additional price increases ensued.
The official ribbon-cutting ceremony marked a major development in the Wesley Chapel Community. The central piece of the real estate project which includes 2,000 homes, is a 7,5 acres crystalline lagoon, along with exciting features such as a waterslide, private cabanas, in-water obstacle platform, tidal pool, restaurant, family beach, yoga lawn, an entertainment plaza and an area for special events.
Crystal Lagoons, the multinational innovation company based in Dallas is currently building other lagoon projects in partnership with Metro Development Group for their residential communities near Tampa, Florida.
Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystalline water lagoons at very low costs.
