Crystal Lagoons Tops List of “Most Discussed Major Master-Planned Community Amenities in Last Decade”04/27/2020
Homebuyers and builders have a growing list of amenities being incorporated into real estate developments. In fact, water amenities are fast becoming an important feature, both inside and outside the home. The world’s top amenity, created by Crystal Lagoons®, tops the list with its crystalline lagoons of unlimited size and sustainable technology, according to leading real estate experts. A trend recently highlighted by Miami Herald.
At both the recent International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas and the Consumer Electronics Show, a number of water-related products drew more than passing attention. And a report from one of the housing industry’s top advisory firms found that 90 percent of the top-selling master-planned communities (MPC) in the country include a “significant” water amenity.
Not only that, but in working on her year-end summary of the top MPCs, John Burns Real Estate Consulting’s research manager Devyn Bachman found what she calls some “amazing water-inspired” features.
Crystal Lagoons tops the list. Bachman called them “easily the most discussed major master-planned community amenity in the last decade.”
Crystal Lagoons is a U.S. company that has developed a pioneering, innovative, and sustainable technology that has been patented worldwide, making it the only firm capable of creating such amenities. This technology allows crystalline lagoons of unlimited sizes to be built and maintained at very low costs anywhere in the world, using a minimum amount of additives and energy.
“It takes an innovative and strategic mindset to stay a step ahead of the competition,” says RCLCO’s Brad Hunter. “Differentiation of amenities is one way that successful developers are doing that.”
The multinational water innovation company, Crystal Lagoons®, which began building massive oases in other parts of the globe such as South America and the Middle East, was recently also featured by CNBC’s Emmy Award winning journalist, Diane Olick. The media outlet stressed on how the firm is rapidly expanding across the U.S.
The Miami-based multinational, which currently has numerous operational lagoons in Florida and Texas, is expected to open seven more this year, between California and Pennsylvania.
“We’ve got 30 signed projects and it’s really been kind of an inflection curve in the last couple of years,” said Eric Cherasia, Vice President of Crystal Lagoons Corp®.
