Crystal Lagoons technology awarded as sustainable and environmentally friendly

Crystal Lagoons®, multinational water-innovation company and developer of the patent-protected technology that creates unlimited-sized, clear water man-made lagoons, has been recognized several times by organizations that prize the company’s contribution to the environment.

The Green Apple Award and The Stevie® Award are some of the most recent international recognitions of the company’s commitment to sustainability and the preservation of the environment.

Crystal Lagoons technology uses up to 30 times less water than golf courses, half the water consumed by parks, and 100 times less energy than conventional filtration systems. Apart from that, there is an array of applications for this technology, ranging from mining to air-conditioning, which will most certainly contribute to a sustainable future.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystalline lagoons at very low costs.
