Crystal Lagoons Third Amenity in Texas Enters Final Stages Of Development
08/28/2019
Lago Mar, the master-planned community that Crystal Lagoons® is developing together with Land Tejas in Texas city, will include amenities to accommodate a total of 14.000 residents, a wide range of entertainment features, and will be anchored by a 12-acre crystalline lagoon, the state’s largest lagoon. The development will have mixed use areas and have restricted areas exclusively residents.
Texas, which already inaugurated two crystalline lagoons, is the state the multinational water innovation company, Crystal Lagoons, has the most projects in. The firm hopes to celebrate the inauguration of Lago Mar in the first half of 2020.
Located in rapidly growing Galveston-Clear Lake corridor, the real estate development has been designed to include public access areas to be installed around the lagoon, such as an area to host concerts, a hotel, several lakes, open areas, parks and walking trails.
The development scored the No. 36 spot on the annual mid-year report published by real estate research and consulting firm Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCO).
Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
