First Crystal Lagoons project in US raises expectations
The first lagoon that Crystal Lagoons® will open in the United States has caused the interest of real estate developers and media. The ABC TV station broadcast a story highlighting the arrival of this World’s Top Amenity to the Epperson project, which the multinational innovation company develops in Florida in partnership with Metro Development Group.
The project has had an outstanding commercial success after incorporated the crystalline lagoon. With this, Crystal Lagoons confirmed its real estate revolution in the U.S. by boasting over 16 signed projects and 44 more in different development stages. In fact, Epperson sold out the first 400 lots of its phase one, only after a month and a half from the announcement of its decision to incorporate a crystalline lagoon, triggering a waiting list of over 3,000 potential buyers.
The Epperson project includes two thousand homes and it is being regarded as the project with the most added value within Tampa due to its technological features among which the 7-acre crystalline lagoon stands out. Epperson is the first out of five projects Crystal Lagoons already has planned with Metro within Florida.

Among some of the upcoming crystalline lagoons set for Florida stand out Beachwalk; Lake Nona, in Orlando which is being developed in partnership with Tavistock Group, a multinational company led by Joe Lewis, British millionaire and partner of Tiger Woods; SoleMia in northern Miami, in partnership with LeFrak and Turnberry Associates, and the very first Public Access Lagoon in the U.S. in partnership with one of the main theme parks in Miami.
Likewise, Crystal Lagoons will bring to Las Vegas the only thing the world’s entertainment capital still lacks: beach lifestyle and water sports. At one of the main complexes located in the iconic Las Vegas Strip, Crystal Lagoons is building the U.S.’s largest crystalline lagoon to date, of 30 acres. In Texas the company is developing Balmoral, in partnership with Land Tejas; Windsong Ranch, in partnership with Terra Verde Group; Bayside, in partnership with Bayside Partners, among many others.
Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size crystal clear lagoons at very low costs.
