ORLANDO DEVELOPER DESCRIBES CRYSTAL LAGOONS® AS AN “OASIS”

Dart Interests Florida President, David Pace, describes the eight-acre Crystal Lagoons® amenity anchored to the Evermore Orlando Resort Project as an “oasis” next to the theme parks.

The 1100-acre resort community will feature a 20-acre beach that will allow guests to enjoy a tropical experience minutes away from the fantasy and fun that Disney World and Universal Orlando bring to their holidays.

“No matter who you are, a typical theme park vacation can be tiring. It’s hot, it’s relentless, the lines are long, the traffic, when you get out, is tough. We have designed this project above all else to be an oasis from that experience,” said Pace.

This complex will become one of Florida’s biggest touristic projects, will change the paradigms or holiday developments, installing the base for new hospitality standards, and will further position Crystal Lagoon’s technology as a main amenity in the hospitality and leisure industry

U.S. market

Crystal Lagoons has numerous ongoing operations worldwide, but those spotted across the U.S., such as Solé Mia, Balmoral, Windsong Ranch, Lake Nona, Section 31, Southshore Bay, Mirada, Avenir, Sierra Vista, have confirmed the United States as the company’s leading market.

In addition, the company is expanding its successful Public Access Lagoons™ projects offering ticketed-entry, also known as PAL™ projects, in Florida and Texas, and important master agreements such as the one signed with Epic for 16 developments in different geographical areas.

“We are holding advanced negotiations with investment funds and leading malls in Florida, California, South and North Carolina, Texas, Arizona and Oklahoma for additional master agreements, which now represent 90% of the firm’s contracts,” adds Manzur.

Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
