Popular Travel Guide Recommends Crystal Lagoons Award-Winning Amenity

Crystal Lagoons® idyllic lagoons and landscapes have captivated the world over. On this occasion, France’s most important travel guide, Petit Futé, selected the water-innovation multi-national’s lagoon at San Alfonso del Mar, Chile, as one of the most beautiful in the world. The list is composed of aquatic enclosures from Hungary to Bali. The water amenity stands out for its originality, innovation, location and, above all, its beauty.

Located alongside the Pacific Ocean, the lagoon situated within the San Alfonso del Mar complex was chosen by the Petit Futé travel guide as one of the most beautiful in the world. The guide highlights its size and explains that, when its construction was finished, it obtained the Guinness World Record for being the world’s largest crystalline pool, a record the complex held for several years until it was outdone by another of Crystal Lagoons Egyptian project, in Sharm-El-Sheik.  

Finally, Petit Futé highlights Crystal Lagoons technology as it allows unlimited bodies of water to be maintained in crystal-clear condition, with little or no chemicals and just 2% of the energy compared to filtering systems used by conventional pools.
