Riviera project will include a 13-hectare crystalline lagoon07/07/2021
Dubai-based private real estate developer, Azizi Developments, has announced the addition of a 13-hectare amenity powered by Crystal Lagoons® technology, which will stretch across the entirety of its Riviera development in Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City).
Around the crystalline lagoon to will be developed 71-building and 16,000-residence and also a vast variety of artisan eateries and boutiques. Azizi’s lagoon will be a space where residents can enjoy strolls along the beach-like shores, sunbathe, practice water sports and cool off.
The CEO of Azizi Developments, Farhad Azizi, said: “It is rare that we get to add so much value, at absolutely no additional charge to our valued customers, in the form of such a colossal surprise as a Crystal Lagoons amenity. We are ecstatic to announce the addition of our very own crystal lagoon amenity in the heart of MBR City, as part of our Riviera community”.
With its strategic location near the upcoming Meydan One Mall and the Meydan Racecourse — home of the Dubai World Cup — as well as Dubai’s major business, leisure and retail hubs, Riviera is one of Azizi Developments’ most sought-after projects.
The developer has announced the addition of a wide array of new facilities at Riviera, Dubai’s new French Mediterranean-inspired landmark destination, including a 3.2km running and cycling track winding through the entire community, more than 71 barbeque areas, numerous basketball and tennis courts, playgrounds, as well as plenty of parks and greenery throughout.
