Crystal Lagoons participates in a revenue share model where they receive a percentage of the ticket sales to access the Paid Access Lagoons.
In addition to providing the technology, Crystal Lagoons contributes its know-how and expertise throughout the entire process, from the conceptual architectural designs to construction, offering key guidelines on best practices, look and feel, as well as the programming around the lagoon that plays a significant role in the revenue generated for the developer. This guidance ensures Crystal Lagoons unique allure is present in every Paid Access Lagoon, enabling clients to attract a high number of visitors and create unprecedented profits with a rapid return on investment.

The first phase of the project will feature a water and entertainment park, a four-story beach club, an exercise area, a kid’s club, and an expansive commercial area. All of which will be centered around Blue Tree's main attraction: Blue Tree Lagoon, designed by Crystal Lagoons.
Jungle Island, Miami, Florida:
Combining a traditional Miami Zoo with beach life.
Crystal Lagoons is bringing together the animal kingdom and the water world, thanks to its partnership with ESJ Capital Partners. ESJ is crafting a new business model for an already popular destination in one of the most sought-after tourist spots on Watson Island in Miami, Florida.
