Crystal Lagoons® technology and applications not only allow developers and investors to bring an idyllic beach experience just minutes from the city, it has also been praised as an attractive destination during the pandemic.
According to Peruvian media outlet Gestion, Crystal Lagoons® PAL™ projects let people enjoy the beach life in a controlled environment with capacity control, social distancing enforcement, and sanitization stations, health regulations that you wouldn’t be able to have on a traditional beach.
This is what Peru’s Club Laguna La Joya experienced, with its 8-acre crystalline lagoon, it was possible to experience a tropical vacation being wary of COVID-19 precautions during the hot days of the Peruvian summer.
Not only were able to maintain a safe space for people, but also for the environment with its sustainable technology, allowing even La Joya’s lagoon, as big as five football fields, to use 100 times less chemicals than a regular pool.
Sustainable technology
For Crystal Lagoons, a key element of the firm is its state-of-the-art technology that maintains the water crystalline sustainably.
This unique technology created and patented by Crystal Lagoons uses up to 100 times less chemicals than conventional swimming pool or drinking water treatment technologies and consumes only 2% of the energy needed by conventional swimming pool filtration systems.
