Windsong Ranch is an award-winning master-planned community developed by Tellus Group in Prosper, Texas. Spanning more than 2,000 acres, the community is planned to include up to 3,500 single-family homes and 46 acres of retail development along U.S. Highway 380.
The Lagoon at Windsong Ranch was the first lagoon powered by Crystal Lagoons® technology to open in North Texas and the second in the state at the time. The 4.59-acre crystalline lagoon is a centerpiece of the community.
With turquoise waters and sandy beaches, the lagoon supports an active, relaxing, and enjoyable lifestyle for residents. It offers recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and windsurfing, creating a tropical setting for people of all ages.
Windsong Ranch received Silver Awards in the Master-Planned Community of the Year category at The Nationals in both 2019 and 2020. The awards program is presented by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
