Cotino^®, a Storyliving by Disney^™ community

Located in Rancho Mirage, California, Cotino^®, a Storyliving by Disney^™ community, is a mixed-use residential community that blends Disney storytelling with Crystal Lagoons^® technology. At its heart is Cotino^® Bay, a turquoise lagoon with white-sand beaches and panoramic mountain views, offering activities such as paddleboarding and kayaking.

Cotino^® includes Disney-inspired parks and the members-only Artisan Club, which offers beach access and amenities such as a pool, pickleball and tennis courts, dining, and curated Disney programming. A walking promenade and additional community amenities are also planned.

Homes are offered by participating third-party builders, including select home sites intended for residents ages 55+. The planned town center will feature dining, shopping, and recreation, while public day-pass access to Cotino^® Bay Beach is projected to begin in spring 2027. With distinctive elements such as the Disney and Pixar-inspired Parr House and immersive programming, Cotino^® combines desert living with Disney-inspired placemaking.
