Balmoral

Balmoral is a 750-acre master-planned community located in Northeast Houston Humble, TX. The main attraction of Balmoral’s Amenity Village is the 1.99-acre crystalline-clear lagoon, the first of four projects planned by Land Tejas, and the second of its kind inaugurated in the U.S.
The lagoon serves as the crowning attraction to Balmoral’s Amenity Village. Using innovative technology that conserves water and lessens environmental impact, the lagoon invites to all residents dive into its turquoise waters and enjoy a staycation all year long. Three white sand beaches provide different types of fun and relaxation including a grotto with a waterfall, a Serenity Beach designed for adults and a Family Beach boasting huts and loungers.
Besides the tropical lagoon, the 8-acre amenity also includes a clubhouse, food truck courtyard for large events, hammock park, sand volleyball court, playground, splash pad, and an infinity-edge pool overlooking the lagoon. Not to mention, a 12-foot-wide GreenBoLT trail system allowing residents to walk, bike or even take electric golf carts and Segways around the community.
