Solé Mia

Solé Mia is a 183-acre master-planned, multi-family community located on one of the largest remaining undeveloped parcels of land in South Florida. The massive project offers the perfect mix of vibrant, walkable urban retail areas, lively entertainment, acres of green parks, playgrounds and natural features.
The principal attraction of the development is the 6.61-acre turquoise lagoon, that sits on the property, surrounded by white sand beaches, and two luxury high-rise apartments with panoramic views of the area and the lagoon. This crystalline lagoon is the first of its kind in Miami, creating resort-style living every day.
There are endless options for water activities, including paddleboarding, kayaking, pedal boats, and snorkeling. Residents can also enjoy sunbathing or relaxing in the luxury loungers, cabanas, and picnic areas. Less than seven weeks after opening, Solé Mia leased almost all of the 200 units in the project’s first tower, with the majority overlooking the lagoon.
