Aqua Terra is the name of the new 123-acre residential real-estate project, including a 7,5-acre crystalline lagoon with Crystal Lagoons® technology, which will be developed in Luque, Paraguay. It will be the multinational’s fourth crystalline waters amenity in the country. In Latin America, the company –founded by biochemist Fernando Fischmann– continues its exponential growth with new developments in Argentina, Peru, Mexico and Chile, totaling 73 projects in different stages of operation, planning, design and construction across the continent.
In Luque, located on the outskirts of the city of Asunción, the lagoon will have more than 30,000 m2 of water, with a white sand beach area, restaurants and gym, among other services. The water amenity, which will function with Crystal Lagoons pioneering technology, patented worldwide, can be maintained at very low costs.
The company’s sustainable technology guarantees low water consumption: an average lagoon with Crystal Lagoons technology, consumes up to 30 times less than a golf course and 50% less than a green area of the same size.
In Paraguay, the water innovation multinational company, which offers what is known as the world’s top amenity, is already present in Altos and Pedro Juan Caballero, while the Hernandarias project is still being built.
Crystal Lagoons is an international innovation company, founded by scientist Fernando Fischmann, which has developed a patent-protected technology that allows the construction and maintenance of unlimited-size clear water lagoons at very low costs.
