San Alfonso del Mar

San Alfonso del Mar is a residential complex located in Algarrobo, Chile, on the shores of the Pacific Ocean, approximately 90 kilometers from Santiago. The development is comprised of 11 buildings with a total of 1,300 apartments, all of them facing the sea and overlooking the lagoon. Each building has its own private beach and swimming pools.

The project’s centerpiece is the 1-kilometer long lagoon that contains 250 million liters of saltwater extracted directly from the sea. This coastal area is not suitable for swimming or for the practice of nautical sports due to its strong currents and low temperatures, which is why the San Alfonso del Mar lagoon became a successful solution for residents to enjoy beach life and water sports without worries.

In addition to the lagoon, San Alfonso del Mar has various amenities: restaurants, gyms, water slides, a supermarket, water sport equipment, and a spa, among others.
