Southshore Bay

Southshore Bay is the second Metro Development Group community to feature a Crystal Lagoons^® amenity.

With kayaking, paddleboarding, a swim-up bar, and white-sand beaches, Southshore Bay brings a beach-inspired lifestyle to Wimauma, Florida. Residents of the gated master-planned community have access to a 4.85-acre turquoise lagoon, which hosts recreational activities and events throughout the year. Southshore Bay Lagoon also welcomes day-pass visitors. By purchasing a day ticket, guests can swim, paddleboard, kayak, play volleyball, use the floating obstacle course and water slide, or attend scheduled entertainment events.
