BALWIN PROPERTIES SIGNS EXLUSIVITY AGREEMENT WITH CRYSTAL LAGOONS IN SOUTH AFRICA

JSE listed Balwin Properties, a South African developer that cares about environmentally responsible building practices and the delivery of high-quality apartments to its valued clients, announced the signing of an exclusivity agreement with Crystal Lagoons® to develop private access fresh water lagoons in five strategic nodes across the country, namely in Johannesburg, Pretoria, KwaZulu-Natal, the Western Cape and Nelspruit.

Strong support from prospective homeowners – largely as a result of the unique Crystal Lagoons amenity, saw sales outstripping the national average of approximately 30 units per month.

Crystal Lagoons opened a new Public Access Lagoons® project, also known as a PAL® complex, in Texas. Angel Lagoon, located in Dayton, has been described by international media as a “paradise just 40 minutes from Houston”. This development features a monumental crystalline lagoon, suitable for swimming and water sports, as its main attraction, with Crystal Lagoons® technology.

This sizeable turquoise body of water, surrounded by white sandy beaches, includes a water park with inflatable slides and allows for various activities such as swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing. Additionally, it will host live shows and concerts, transforming the recreational landscape of East Texas.
