Crystal Lagoons® is the only company capable of creating and maintaining large-scale lagoons in crystalline condition and has been featured in leading travel guide, Narcity, known for detailing destinations and city guides across the U.S. and Canada.
In a recent publication, Narcity recommends a trip to Crystal Lagoons Epperson water amenity, which it describes as “a gorgeous spot near Tampa” and “a passport-free trip to the Maldives” that combines all the modern comforts of state-of-the-art sustainable technology with Florida’s natural beauty.
Located in Wesley Chapel, outside Tampa, the Epperson lagoon offers seven-acres of pure turquoise waters and beach fun, year-round, for all the family, which includes an inflatable water obstacle course, food trucks, and water sports. All in a safe environment, surrounded by palm trees and white sand beaches.
Successful business model
Epperson is part of Crystal Lagoons solid business model, which is expanding across the U.S., but also internationally. Operating as a Public Access Lagoon™, also known as PAL™, which can be accessed via ticketed entry, Epperson has often had to close its doors so as to control the flow of visitors.
Another example of this success can be found in the Houston area. A new 12-acre pure turquoise water amenity, Lago Mar, has sold out nearly every day after opening to the public in July.
Located in Texas City, the beach resort attraction opened to the public this summer with the launch of “Summer Lagoonfest,” which offers several food trucks and water-related activities, including inflatable obstacle courses, kayaks, sailboats, paddleboards, and new electric jet boards.
