Windsong Ranch, one of the projects that Crystal Lagoons developed in Texas, was highlighted by ESPN, a media outlet that dedicated a report to the 5-acre crystalline lagoon.
Since its opening, Windsong Ranch has consistently recorded record sales and has won numerous national awards, especially for its lagoon, which is the centerpiece of the project.
The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) are some of the organizations that have honored Windsong Ranch with major awards such as the Silver Award honors in the “Master Planned Community of the Year” category, the Lifestyle Programme and the Lifestyle Director.
“The Lagoon is the perfect example. It spans 5 acres, feels just like a Caribbean vacation and is just outside our residents’ front doors,” explains Craig Martin, president of Tellus Group, developer of Windsong Ranch.
Prosper, in North Texas, was the first city to include a Caribbean beach-like freshwater lagoon powered by Crystal Lagoons® technology in its amenity offering.
The development has been showcased because of its amenities, which include 30 miles of wide walking, hike-and-bike trails, pocket parks, large event lawns and esplanades, an entire golf course, mountain bike course, among other unique features. In addition, it offers the residents three extensive white sandy beaches, kayaking and paddle boarding, a children’s play area, and more.
Windsong Ranch is just one of 70 projects in different stages that the multinational water innovation company has completed in Texas, including Lago Mar -with the largest crystalline lagoon in the US-, Balmoral and Sunterra.
“Our technology when applied to real estate and PAL™ developments is highly valued for its innovation and urban disruption. Bringing a piece of the ocean to cities contributes to sustainability and carbon neutrality, which has earned us numerous environmental awards worldwide,” says Ivan Manzur, Senior Vice President of Sales of Crystal Lagoons US Corp.
